Hi District IV members,
As the title says I’m Rusty and I’m the AVP for the SE Virginia NE North Carolina area but I can and have gone to many areas within District. Some of you may know me as the AMA Leader Member Program Coordinator and the Chairman of the Leader Member Committee. I am also a member of the National Model Aviation Day committee.

I’m 60 years old and have been building and flying model airplanes since I was seven. My dad was my building teacher and the local street corner is where I learned to fly Contol line. I still build and fly CL but mostly I fly sport RC.
I retired early and I’m available to the District membership anytime.
